Very bad Customer Service from Bid or Buy

Pathetic customer service from Bidorbuy customer service department. I am having a problem with a buyer that does not want to pay his order and Bidorbuy allows the buyer to do as he pleases by not keeping to their rules by honouring his agreement. I am highly disapointed as customer service department deleted some of my query tickets and now the timeframe of my issue is also adjusted and therefore they need more time to attend to the issue. I am now being victimized as the buyer does not want to pay or cancel his order. They refuse to force this buyer to decide what he wants to do. How awesome is that ? Free for all and then they refuse to pay back my success fee for this order because they can't function properly. I am done for now. Will update as soon as resolved.
