Purchased a white gold ring from a verified seller on BidorBuy and after waiting the 3-4 weeks for shipment as per the ad, I tried to contact the seller to find out what was going on. <br> <br> Send a message and after the recommended 3 days waiting, I didn't get a response. So I contacted BidorBuy. <br> <br> I was told that it has come to their attention that the seller was not filling orders and suggest that I contact a lawyer to handle the matter. <br> <br> I decided that considering that my order was less them the R5000 that they cover \verified sellers\" for, I will submit a claim as per their Buyer Protection Plan! My claim was denied as there is only a 30day after payment period that you can claim. However O was not able to claim within this period, as the ad stated that I need to wait 3-4 weeks for shipment! <br> <br> This is ridiculous!!! How can a VERIFIED SELLER be steeling thousands from customers and all they can say is I should find a lawyer and spend even more money. Why verify sellers if you can't back it up and trust is?<br> <br> Do yourself the favour and read the reviews on TheBlackKnight (still verified) on their website and see all the people they have ****med and ****** from!
