Verified not as well as suspected

I bought a Gaming GX Manticore keyboard through BidorBuy from EverestIT( listed as verified). Less than a year later the keyboard no longer works and I need it replaced. Sent the supplier 3 mails all undelivered. Got in contact with BidorBuy. They attempted to get a hold of the supplier to no avail. The supplier is still listed on their site as verified. According to Lorraine BidorBuy cannot help me as it is the suppliers problem or I must sort it out with the manufacturer. How is that fair? The only reason I used the supplier is because they were verified through BidorBuy. Now less than a year later all that money goes down the drain because the supplier they verified is unreachable.
