Verified customer application pending 7 years

Good day. Many years ago I app**** to become a verified user. I sent my ID and paid the R100 everything. I thought by then was a verified user all these years and now see that my status is pending? Even when trying to apply again it give me a message "pending".

Pending Since 11 January 2014?? Why? Where's my R100?

I tried to sort this out with your live chat. The person working there had no idea what to do and could find the pending information. They only conveniently reffered me to the community watch email. To whom I did sent the same query. Only answer as usual is the generic no reply email.

Why is this pending since 2014 and where is the money I paid for this?
