Useless support staff - Bad support

Support staff are utterly useless! Morne van Zyl(the support agent) Takes forever to respond and just want to close tickets without the ticket being resolved, barely took the time to understand the situation I'd highly appreciate it if a senior/manager can contact me in regards to the ticket: DPD-***2.
