Unsuccessful refund of credit card payment

I bought a product with order number *** from [URL Removed] the supplier in question is ZR Tronics. <br> I made payment via credit card. When I inquired, I was told they were out of stock and as a result they will reverse the payment. I am yet to receive the payment refund and it has been over 2 weeks now since day of transaction, I have checked my credit card statement and they's no evidence of this alleged refund.<br> <br> Coincidentally, I bought a similar Google Chromecast product from Takealot on the same day and the service I got from them was remarkable. I received the order within 1 working day i.e 24hrs with status tracking which allowed me to track the delivery until its was delivered by hand. <br> <br> I am glad I did not spend more than R500 on the product at [URL Removed] as it would have been catastrophic. I have resorted to never use [URL Removed] and warn other online buyers to be vigilant when buying products on their website.<br> <br> I hope this complaint will serve as a warning and lesson to other online traders to follow what other industry leaders/competitors are doing and make sure your service matches up to industry standard.
