UNSAFE PROTACOLS

I opened a BIDORBUY account and shortly afterwards, my email and bidorbuy account was hacked. The person who hacked my account bid on a whole lot of things, and I won 2 of the products(that I didn't want nor was i prepared to pay for). Not once did I receive an email to verify my bid or to verify if it was me, so I wasn't given the option to stop the process that was going on and alert the right people.<br> Once it was won on their records, they passed my details on to the seller.<br> I contacted BID OR BUY to explain the situation, I then asked for them to close my account as I didn't feel my privacy or account was safe. i was led to believe It was closed. I also contact ed the seller.<br> However I received an email issuing a Non-Fulfilment Warning.<br> This is utter nonsense as I never did anything wrong.<br> And all the emails I have sent haven't been rep**** to and it's been over 2 weeks.
