Unprofessionalism of BidorBuy Staff, lopsided towards buyers

<p>Every now and then you get into a difficult situation with buying and selling, whether the seller is being unfair or the buyer is being unfair. In these situations you'd expect the professional staff of BoB to act in such a manner to defuse the situation not make it worse. </p> <p> </p> <p>I've received the worse treatment from BoB because simply don't value their sellers, even though we're the ones paying their fees! A similar situation to the government. They give buyers the right to act completely unfair and enable them to let the situation get out of control. </p> <p> </p> <p>There are plenty of other selling platforms, like Gumtree, where there are no ridicolous fees as well as allowing you to talk directly with the buyer/seller and sort out any greivances without the 3rd wheel aggrevating the situation because perhaps they're untrained in their field.</p>
