Unprofessional service from Bid or Buy!

I am really disappointed with Bid or Buy - I have been selling with them for years and I have never broken any rules or not delivered any order EVER! This week I sold some lenses to a buyer and Bid or Buy withheld my payment until the order was delivered. Now even after it has been delivered I still have NOT received my money. This platform is supposed to be built on trust - but Bid or Buy takes its fees immediately then make rules as they go along and you the seller much just wait patiently until they decide they are ready to give you YOUR money!!!! This was handled so unprofessionally - there was absolutely no correspondence to indicate why the order had to be delivered before my money will be released. This has NEVER happened before!

So all future sellers - please beware that Bid or Buy is in control of YOUR money and there is NOTHING you can do!!
