unhappy seller

im not sure whats going on at bid or buy , first they put there prices up in a way was unfair to the people selling on there site ! , now they approved and credited me for a SNC ref no ; 2E9CE-0219 but now they send me a e-mail saying it hasn't been approved .either way im starting to be unhappy using there web site !
