Unhappy due to poor communication from

I have purchased a coffee Table a month ago from Werdafurn,It was delivered but with some items left behind.I did report immediately which they managed to deliver following week. Problem still was drawer handle which did not correspond with dimensions drilled in the drawer already.I did report as usual but this time I have not received any response I made all the payments which were due to me but the service I receive now is not fair.I would appreciate if they can deliver to the customers as they have promised.I need this drawer handle as it does not look good at all.
