unhappy customer

Good Morning. I have tried calling and emailing and I cant seem to get anyone to assist me. I placed an order on bidorbuy. I ordered 6 PC couch covers. Received my order and I sent an email to say that i am not happy with the product. It doesnt fit, poor quality and its only 5 pieces and I would like a refund. Please can someone help me .
