Unfair Blacklisting of Account

<p>I have a R15 outstanding balance on by BoB account, (Not more than a week old). Received a "Final Notice" from them yesterday, and they blaclisted my account, I have received no notice that this payment was due, or did I get any notices. NO, they prefer to only send Final Notices. Unfair treatment of someone who has been a customer for almost 10 years.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am done with them and will close my account. Money Hungry Company!!!</p>
