They don't protect the buyer

I have purchased stuff on bid or buy and when receiving the items they were damaged.

The items was returned to the seller and the seller is avoiding to collect the parcel from the post office. I have phoned bidorbuy numerous times stating that this needs to be sorted out as it's been longer than a month and all bidorbuy says is we will contact the seller.

I have had enough of this messing around I will now have to take legal action
