Theft

Bidorbuy's procedure to lodge a complaint against the seller is clearly just advertising. They have a 'buyer protection' page that allows you to submit a ticket if the seller has not responded to you, however in my case I logged a ticket and it is nowhere to be traced on my profile. I purchased an item in December 2014 from Oceans 2013, after following up on a number of occasions with the seller I eventually discovered that my parcel had been redirected from the Benmore post office (where I was to collect it) to the post office in Westdene. On top of it, someone else by the name of Rashid Moosa collected the parcel at this post office. The seller has not responded to my query and neither has bidorbuy. This is just theft, plain and simple!
