the good and bad

I had a great experience with one seller and a terrible experience with another. In the latter case, customer care flipped-flopped and ultimately cared more about the seller than the customer (me). Still waiting for a collection and refund. They all say one thing and do another. I will avoid using this platform for any purchases in the future unless I cannot find an item anywhere else, which was the case this time too. It was my first time using the platform and hopefully the last.
