The customer is wrong with bidorbuy :(

<p>I recently purchased a watch from bidorbuy which was not working. Looking at the sellers ratings (after purchasing the watch) , the supplier had a similar problem with another customer. </p> <p> </p> <p>I logged a request for a refund from bidorbuy and rather than admonishing the seller for selling faulty merchandise, bidorbuy are giving me reasons why I cannot be refunded. Apparently one of the conditions for refund is if the product is not what was described. The watch was described as working - DUH !!</p> <p> </p> <p>Will soon be closing my account at bidorbuy. BIDORBUY - if you bother to read this, you need to be more stringent with your suppliers. There are plenty online markets these days, poor customer service will have people going elsewhere.</p>
