***** your money and disappear. Very bad service

I need a zero rating. I had won an auction and paid for it now its over a month and the seller hasn't sent my stuff and everytime I tried to contact bid or buy its either they offline or busy. They don't care because it's not there money that's held up. I have even sent emails and bid or buy does not respond.
