Shocking service and poor quality product

I must admit that I am greatly dissatisfied with the product that I purchased from Zibbedy. Firstly the incorrect item was sent. Fair enough, you immediately corrected it and the right product was shipped to me. I received the item on Thursday afternoon but I had only opened it on Saturday morning to assemble and charge the battery. Once opened, we realised that there was no *****s or the washer as mentioned in the instruction manual. So never mind that, I made an alternate plan with my mechanic and he sorted it out for me (tested and everything worked perfectly). So I put it on charge late on Saturday evening knowing that it requires a full 12 hour charge. Come Sunday morning, we decide to take the car to the beach front so that my very eager 2 year old can finally play with his car only to realise that the car doesn't work at all. Needless to say trying to explain to a sobbing 2 year old that his car doesn't work proved to be very unsuccessful. Took it back home, put it on charge yet again and guess what, it still doesn't work. <br> <br> You guys sent me the wrong item in the 1st place and now you making it my problem in getting it uplifted and sent back to you guys.
