Selling **** goods as authentic and failing the consumer!

Order number: ***7- Ticket ID: IXA-***7 I have received pathetic service from BID OR BUY who do not protect you as a consumer and rather leave you with the loss when you receive **** products from their website. I contacted bid or buy directly when I received my so called authentic Louis Vuitton bag (it was advertised as authentic and I questioned the seller who confirmed it was authentic) , which was an obvious ****. I received no assistance in authenticating the bag and was just bumped off to follow a complicated PAIA process. My purchase is to the value of R3000. Initially I was given incorrect information that I was contacted by BIDORBUY to verify that I was happy with the product I purchased, which was not the truth, then I was advised that I need to authenticate a bag that is clearly a **** with no valid codes, which is impossible as I live in Durban and the closest LV store is in Gauteng. They are clearly allowing ********** to ***** our money. I will never use Bid or Buy again and I advise others not to use it either. Viloshni
