Seller's nightmare

I recently discovered that as a seller I have been overcharged for fees. I have had success fees charged with no payment. I eventually contracted bid or buy after an hour of trying to figure out how to get these fees reversed. Then there was another half an hour including a video I had to watch just to figure out how to file a 'sales not complete'. I feel this is extremely unfair to sellers to make it so difficult to get a refund that you have to watch a video on YouTube to figure it out. I'm sure most people don't even realise they are being overcharged as it is hidden in the details section. And no refunds on orders older than 60 days.
