Sellers - DOMINENT PC (and / or Meegan Coetzee) are *******

On 10th November I bid on and WON an auction for a Genuine Leather Couch. Paid the price and next day I was told by the Seller that it was an ADDITIONAL R 350 delivery (which I then also paid). Delivery was to be within a WEEK maximum and to my residence. To date I am STILL awaiting delivery. This person - Meegan Coetzee - DOES NOT answer her cell phone and avoids all contact. Going through the website I now see that this is their Modus Operandi........ Occasionally when Bidorbuy stepped in she would respond via e-mail only (still avoiding all calls and sms's etc) and say 1. She was moving office and had no internet. 2. She had lost everything and having personal problems. 3. The couch was not hers - she was selling it for her boyfriend and the lies continued - send me your bank info and I will refund you - I DON'T WANT A REFUND - I want my couch - I could have bought any other but PAID for hers .........

I see from other complaints online on BidorBuy that they advertise something for sale and then sell it but always problems with delivery - over charged - incorrect item - broken - do cords / cables delivered etc and the best they can do is attach the customer. As they are NOT VERIFIED SELLERS - all I can get back is R 1 000 from Bidorbuy .......

I have had them "De-Barred" from selling / advertising on Bidorbuy so they don't continue to ***** from other people BUT this type will just go online elsewhere and continue to DE-***** and **** people.

Be WARNED - don't do business with these ******. BidorBuy have suggested I now lay a charge of internet ***** against them with the SA Police....
