Seller refuses to send item and BobShop hides it's head in the sand

New name (Bobshop), same old terrible service.

Won an auction item, a 2nd hand wedding dress, and now the seller refuses to send it. What does Bob do? Nothing. The seller says he doesn't have stock....

Wow can these people not just start thinking for themselves?

As always Bob is useless.
