Scary Dealing with New Bid Or Buy

I have been registered with Bid or Buy since 2007, and on 26th January 2024 I paid for an expensive Item, it was collected from the seller on 29th January (only) by Courier service arranged by Bid Or Buy, as a buyer you are not entitled to arrange for shipping, to day is the 5th February and i am still waiting to hear when I can receive delivery
