12 December 2022 we order Flush valve and Tail pipe from Bidorbuy order number ***6 and ***2,and the company that was to supply us was Wedoall , due to company closing for festive we were expecting our delivery in January 2023,Second week of December we call Wedoall and spoke to the lady Sanet and she confirm that they have stock of what we ordered and they will send it the next day, we waited for a week and we call again and she promise to send us the Waybill for the shipment. After 2 days we call and she forward the waybill, and when we check on the internet it shows that there is no shipment linked to the waybill, we waited for few days and check again but it was still shows the same, we call he again and she said the parcel was sent to the incorrect address in Malamulele in Limpopo Province and it will be returned tomorrow. We waited for few days and no feedback nothing and when we call she said they don't have stock of the order and we requested for refund. She said we must send the account number which we did and no money was sent and I call again and she said the account number is incorrect which was strange as the account is working and correct, I gave her another account number and same thing , till today we have not yet receive our money, her name is Sanet and her number ***
