Saved [Lost] Searches

I have Saved Searches on Bidorbuy's website. Well, HAD Saved Searches. Because every few months, they do some backup restore or something and all of my Saved Searches are deleted. Then I have to set them all up again. Manually. And they last until the next time their I.T. people decide to just delete them. I have complained, asked about the backups, etc. First they didn't understand what I was talking about, then they said they can't retrieve what they'd deleted. They don't care. Since they weren't interested in addressing it privately, here's a public warning to those who might think to rely on their Saved Searches feature--don't rely on it. They will delete yours with no regard for your time or effort.
