I have been a seller for a long while and have good ratings. Unfortunately I have been held at gun point (figure of speech) by these people to forcefully refund a client before the insurance claim paid out. Eventually with the help of my legal advisor and lawyer I gave permission for the amount to be refunded excluding the shipping cost which is not insured. So they decided to go ahead and refund even the shipping so that means I paid for it now. Besides this I was never refunded for their success fees they took for this very sale!!! Also I try so hard to finish my orders as I will be gone till next year and can then no longer ship items to the buyers. But due to some unforseen delay on BOB side I am no longer receiving buyer's payments and so I refuse to ship out. This is causing terrible trouble for both myself and the buyers! BOB has always treated their sellers with total disregard! This is unacceptable! I will keep reporting this to every newspaper too so people can be aware! What about the consumer protection act???? I practically pay these people's salaries. Without their sellers they wouldn't exist! Start treating your sellers right and protect us now!!!!!!
