I have been using Bidorbuy for a while and found it to be a useful place to buy online goods . I was ********** by a seller MIRA2 the products I received were not as described at all . I complained and gave the seller a bad review . I was bul**** by the seller and was TOLD by him to remove my reviews and he was very aggressive . I spoke to bob but they seemed to take the sellers side . What is worse is that they have blocked my acc so I have no access at all . Bob have also removed most of the bad reviews from his profile , which is not fair to other buyers . This makes me wonder how credible the bob rating actually is . It seems they make money from the sellers and will do what they please to keep sellers happy . I KNOW THIS IS A FACT . I have had some communication with bob but nothing successful and now the Manager is not taking or returning my calls . I mailed them and told them to close my acc , but I am now still receiving emails saying that I won auctions I placed a while ago . I am now getting bad reviews to my name on an account which I have no control . ITS NOT FAIR . I have accepted my loss and refuse to deal with MIRA2 . BEWARE OF BOB
