Ring does not look like picture advertised

<p>I am not very happy with one of the rings i got from a seller at bid or buy, the ring does not look like the ring he advertised, and the size is to big, now the seller is sending me pictures of other rings he can gave me but i does not like one of them, i want to send the ring back to him and get my money back so i can buy another ring but he is ignoring me, first he was sick and now he is ignoring me again, the seller name is Mark Bouwer..... please help me so i can get my money back for a ring that does not look like the picture he advertised!!</p>
