Returning items

<p>I purchased some items online, whilst 99% were as described and defect free, I had a n issue with one. I opened an online ticket to request the item exchanged and it was acknowledged by BidOrBuy. The site adminstrator waited a week for the seller to respond and after a week closed the call. </p> <p>its odd that the seller is continously advertising new items on the site but cannot answer their email. Should there not be a temporary lockout of his account until all comlaints against him have been resolved.</p>
