Return Refused buyer insurance refused.

It is 2 months now that I am waiting to return a ipad keyboard that is too small. The supplier admitted it in writing. I still sit with the useless item and Bidor****** refuse to honour the buyer insurance. All for R 499. I will not use these ****** again.
