REQUEST FOR REFUND

I was posted inferior quality clothes by a suppler, Jay2014 on the 04/02/2015. After many emails thereafter, I was asked by Siphwe to submit pics, which I did, and they clearly revealed false advertising. Then we battled to get the seller's address to return the items. She continued sending nasty emails or writing false comments on Bid or Buy. Finally she gave an address to Siphiwe which he forwarded to me. I was then requested to return the items at my cost to the seller and I will be given a refund. I asked Siphwe what assurance did I have to have paid money for these goods and now to pay extra to return items to a seller who sounded *************. I was then told that the Buyer's protection act will ensure that I obtain my money back. The seller refunded R81.00 of R201.00 which was due however refuses to pay back shipment charges from/to her. I spoke to Nape today, who said that's due to the fact that I hadn't returned all the items. When I told him that wasn't true he still simply sounded like I was not telling the truth. I have called the manager Attie and left emails 6 days ago to no avail. Now I can see that these are ********s and learnt never to buy from there site again
