Refuse to Refund

I recently bought a laptop on bidorbuy from YNOT IT SOLLUTION and recieved the laptop via courier and upon receipt of laptop i powered it up and i was happy then turned it off and put it away. The next day i tried to power laptop up but it failed to boot. I immediately contacted the seller about the problem. the seller then gave me troubleshoot instructions and offered to collect the laptop but after doing the troubleshoot the laptop booted up. I rep**** to the seller telling him the laptop is working and that im running the Dell Diagnostics and thanked the seller for his quick response. The next day the laptop booted up normal but later in the day it didn`t boot and so i removed the battery and released flea power by holding power button for 30 seconds. After a while the laptop booted up so i thought maybe its probably ``one of those things``. e.g outdated drivers or fualty hard drive. The boot problem continued to get worse so i decided to take it to a proffesional laptop repair shop to diagnose so that in the event it turns out to be i minor issue, i was willing to repair seeing that the seller lives in different city . I was told by the repair shop that the motherboard failed and that i should rather invest in a new laptop because its not worth repairing due to the extremely high cost of rapairing the laptop. I then contacted the seller and informed him of the diagnosis which i paid for and requested a working raplacement or a refund. The seller refuses to refund me on the basis that i had the laptop tested by a laptop repair shop and made accusations that the repair shop deliberately broke the motherboard so that i could get a repair done. I payed over R5000 for a laptop that is unusable and seller refuses to refund. Chuko Umusu is the dishonest seller from YNOT IT SOLLUTIONS.
