refuse to pay my money and back it up with lies

i sold a product on bidorbuy and sent the parcel to the buyer, i requested a payout of my money and after a week of no response or notice of payment i sent them a email. Laurence was so kind to lie to me by telling me the buyer said the battery was faulty.<br> i went to check online and didnt see any complaints from the customer. after i asked for proof that the buyer dis complaint, laurence told me to contact the buyer myself. i did contact the buyer and sent the email to laurence the they came back to me to tell me they contacted the buyer and everything is in order for the payment to be paid out...so im still waiting for this proof of where the buyer complained...worst service ever...ebay should just start a proper SA website
