Quick to take money, long story to get refund.

order ********** 9 was on bidding. So I bid on the unit, later the day I see an option of buy now is there, so I select buy now, did eft of R10 500, then I phoned the supplier so I can go collect and was advised she sold this unit a while ago already. So I called and was told that no one can process the refund as it's Sat and Monday is a public holiday. So today I get told refund will happen in a few days time.. You are quick to take my money but it's a lengthy process to get a refund. I need the money today as I found a other unit and need to pay today to get the unit. So thanks bid or buys for fu*cking up my change to get this item.
