Purchaser Protection Pathetic

<p>After a purchase has been paid for in full and Not received after 15 days of promised send date. A Ticket is opened with BOB ; purchaser is contacted by myself and BOB. BOB lets go of communication, when I contact BOB again the agent does NOT action as promised. I am still waiting for the email that the seller apparently sent that i did not receive. </p> <p> </p> <p>So Take my money and do what you think is best for BOB and Seller. 1 Christmas gift that will NOT be opened.
