Poor Service and payout

Very poor customer service Buyer paid into their account yesterday Wednesday 15 September. I enquired as to when I will receive the payout I requested from them Yesterday and they said the payout will be processed today. Today When I agin requested a payout I got a message indicating tha The First have to verify the account.Why they could not do that yesterday beats me.
