POOR SERVICE!!

I have purchased coffee Table in August and it was delivered in time, but incomplete.ORDER NUMBER 179 81 223 I have reported the matter then accessories for the table were sent through but drawer handle ,dimensions were not right i did report immediately with a bit of disappointment .But there is no communication from the sales department if this will be ever resolved or not. I did again spent my time writing an Email stating that I am still waiting for the right drawer handle. It is October now nothing came through. I do not appreciate this at all. I am so exhausted. It is just a small item I am in need of which I paid for.
