POOR SERVICE
The service of bid or buy became very poor and no protection from there side ever<br> they are fast to take money but not to give service<br> i have posted tickets that stated will take 2 days 2 respond but never respond and just remove a ticket<br> not impress nor happy<br> think i should go over to ebay,at least there are good service and effort done.<br> bid or buy service is poor and dont recommend them any more<br> false information given<br> <br> \Thank you for contacting us. I have tried contacting you a number of times so as to discuss your concerns .
In terms of your recently opened tickets ; there are only 2 ,one which you have closed and an on-going rating issue which is still under investigation.
