Poor service

It was my first time using bid or buy. I found lovely lingerie for my wedding day. I immediatly made payment for it on the 2 March 2016. I found out from the seller that my item was out of stock and will take longer to get to me. My wedding is this saturday. I cancelled my order with bid or buy and asked for a refund. They never get back to me and I have sent through all they requested. I even forwared it again each time i speak to a different sales consultant. I am just fed up, my wedding is in 2 days and I still have no refund. Bid or buy stiil hasnt contacted me I have to always phone them. I will necer buy from Bid or Buy again!
