Poor service

I was send the wrong inverter from seller on Bid or Buy online platform. Payment went through on 16th of January 2023. Complained to Customer care. They did not resolve the issue. The seller did not respond. Now they also stopped responding. They say they have your back covered and make promises on website but certainly does not. Please do not buy from them.
