Poor service

I bought a VR from bidorbuy. After 2 weeks I received a ZTE Router. I reported this and was threatened by the seller that he's from bidorbuy up until 1in the morning. I was told that if I didn't return the router I'll be arrested for theft. It was returned to bidorbuy and I was promised a better quality VR in return. But after another week got a VR that wasn't what was promised. I was told that bidorbuy would refund me with an extra R100 if I canceled this order from Laurence. When I did that Laurence to came back to me and said that the extra R100 wasn't for me but for a courrier now as he didn't mention that
