Poor quality products

I have won several bids on Bidorbuy but some of the quality of the products received is not to the same specifications as what was advertised. I have logged my concerns and complaints with Bidorbuy but they do not do anything to rectify the problem neither is anything done to the companies that falsely over spec their product to sell more.
