Poor Customer Sre
<p>One would think that you are protected as a consumer and client of bid or buy.... i purchased an item on bid or buy, the seller then contacts me to tell me the item i ordered, which i ordered 3 units is not available, he is willing to offer 1 item which is allegedly more than what i paid but will give me 1 expensive item for the replacement of the 3 i ordered. i lodged a complaint on tuesday and was told it would take 2-3 days for me to be refunded as that is what i elected for. Now today they want me to wait till tuesday to be refunded. when i want to speak to a manager they all busy in a meeting.... how convenient is that. you take my money has rude, arrogant and *********** sellers and when i ask the agent today she simply ignores me. Bid or Buy sucks...</p>
