Poor cheapest material

The worst experience ever. I bought few items before with no problems. I ordered winter coats in in March before we were on lockdown. I exercised all my patience for 6 months and 3weeks for my delivery. When I got my parcel last week my heart dropped. The worst cheap shinny material which can burn if you srand nexr to a candle. The supplier is giving me attitude even after sending pictures of what I received and what I saw online. They do not want to refund me and people who have pretended to assist me during the period I have waited they are silent. They are not responding to my emails. I wont recommend anyone to use this site.
