Poo service, bad communication and constant delays

I have ordered many times online and this is the first time I had to wait almost two weeks for an order. When I checked my order this morning, I could not see my purchases nor track it! Poor communication, very little updates and constant delays which are not communicated, I have to phone them. I wouldn't recommend bidorbuy, rather go to takealot, much more effective and communicative!
