Please refund me my Money that you deducted in duplicate from my account!

Bidorbuy has always been one of the places I supported at least weekly. Recently they debited my account and the transaction was duplicated, and I have been trying for weeks to have the duplicate transaction reversed, or my money refunded, after they admitted to a banking problem between Nedbank and other banks. I have submitted proof and statements etc. No Luck. All I get is they will come back to me.
