person complaining about the item bought
i went on bid or buy to sell an item, i clearly put the details of the phone into the description stated and did not say if the phone was original or **** and than these past few days of January 2015 almost 6 months after purchasing the phone i was questioned by bid or buy so i explained to them and was given attitude by Justice Mashamba (bid or buy) aswell as he then gave my personal details that i had through bidorbuy including my banking details to the person who complained about this issue without any police report or anything where as i could be in big trouble and unsafe for myself incase this person sends someone to my house to attack me, rob me or harm me without getting the police to get the information from bid or by to keep me safe from being harmed at any cost.<br> i am worried about my life! please assist URGENTLY

Firstly you advertised a product as a Samsung S5 which creates an expectation with the buyer and you sold them a counterfeit product.
Secondly the sale of counterfeit products in South Africa is considered a crime, and we reserve the right to take action on such accounts,
Thirdly we brought this to your attention and asked you to rectify the situation with the buyer which you have refused.
Fourthly when you were informed, that your details has been requested to open a case you communicated that \you can do which ever suits you\"
