Penalty for Excessive Shipping Fee
I periodically got charged for apparent \excessive shipping fees"paid by my buyers. This finally amounted to just over R30.00 when I noticed it. Shortly after questioning why"

Thank you for your message.
Please be advised that in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of use, only delivery and packaging material expenses may be levied to buyers in the shipping fee. All other fees, such as time, labour and fuel are operational expenses and therefore are to be deducted from your profits.
We are well aware of the different fees charges by various service providers as well as the cost of packaging materials for various items.
Regarding this particular instance, we received communication from you stating that you charge the Courier's cost to you plus an additional 40% to buyers. This is not permitted on the platform which resulted in the charges being levied to your account.
Please amend your shipping fees as soon as possible. Once they are in line with our policies the Excessive Shipping Fee will be removed.
