Payout requests are at no service
I sold perfumes handbag sets on bid or buy and requested payouts which was paid out to me with no problem.<br> Then when I requested a big amount R3025.41 they now sent me an email saying I must send a validity certificate of my products to see if its not ****. Buyers who bought from me all commented positive before this which means they are happy with my product and the 1 customer actually stated in her comments that its genuine products. All these buyers are now waiting for their products as they all paid their monies in to bid Or buys account. I phoned the customer care and they said that I must ship the products even before I got payment from them. How can you send the products to the buyers if bid or buy doesn't want to do the pay out requests, Who says that they are indeed going to pay you if you struggle like this to get your money from them.<br> I have been a member since 2012 and now this nonsense. I really did not expect this kind of behaviour from them. They also told me that they will only make payment after I sent this certificate to them. God knows where I am going to find this certificate. Why are they even allowing you to post these items if they think it is ****?

There is a concern surrounding the authenticity of some of the branded items you had on offer . To protect the buyers who have already placed orders , we have temporarily suspended any payout requests generated from these sales until such time this authenticity issue has been addressed.
Please refer the mail we sent you on 30/03/15 which outlines what you need to do to provide us with proof of authenticity on the items in question .
In closing , bidorbuy is merely a marketplace , we do not see, handle or sell any goods . It remains your responsibility as the seller to ensure any items you put up are fit for sale and confirm to the law.
